I'm still curious about why Tae and Kyuubei got separated for such a long time, they were so close and like each other so much! Kyu would never let Tae who just lose her father suffering alone with Shinpachi!

My theory is that after the incident were Kyu lost their eye, the Yagyuu clan distanced them, scared of something else happening with the only descendant of the clan and maybe because they didn't wanted to deal with amantos as well

I was totally forgot Kyuubei is such a badass even though she is my first fav character in the show.

I wish she had more screen time and had important parts at serious arcs.

I mean she is so damn strong and fast sword user. Her fights are amazing and her fighting style is great. I love watching her when she gets serious and beat the shit out of enemy.

And she is really good written character. I think she has mixed personality. She has dumb-idiotic side (like zura, gin, kagura) and cool-skillfull-reasonable side (like takasugi, hijikata, nobume, oboro). This is literally something else.

Also, I love her appearance. Her outfit is one of the best her jacket, pants, eye patch etc (kinda smilar to sakamoto lol).

She deserved better.
