when season 5 drops and it becomes glaringly obvious that all of Stranger Things and I mean all of it was queer coded the whole time and the GA willingly overlooked it to experience nostalgia for a time period that was kind to them but caused mass amounts of queer suffering, so showing them the queer experience directly in a form they can understand through violence, monsters, possession and superpowers and making them fall in love with and root for these characters was their penance this whole time

I’m trying not to be so serious and “perfect” with my drawings. Like it’s okay to be silly and messy and playful! That’s art too! So I thought I’d make a little drawing of Sarah Jane in one of my fav looks for her! I absolutely love the moment where she pulls her hat down over her face and is being all silly while the Doctor is trying to fix the transport thingie. Instantly took a screenshot and made a mental note to doodle it at some point. I especially loved reading about that moment and this outfit in Lis’ book!
