I saw a Seeing Who Our Toddler Runs To First compilation and I wanted to do it for IWHEO, so I’m posting this as an incentive to actually write it out someday lol.

Of course, these are all relative to their respective toddler years, so:

Gols

Shamrock: Walks towards Rouge before hesitating for a second. Ultimately hugs both her and Shakky (who is next to her) at the same time.

Shanks: Runs straight into Roger’s arms, giggling happily all the while.

Buggy: He does not want to play this. Grumpily pouts his way towards Ray, hiding his face into his Papa’s neck because he’s sleepy.

Ace: Grabby hands towards “Ma, ma, ma, ma!” Kisses Rouge’s cheek once he gets to her before chomping it.

Sabo: Waddles his way to his “Papa!” Following into Ace’s steps and kissing and chomping Ray (Monkey see; Monkey do).

Luffy: A toss up. He smiles gummily at whoever is holding anything resembling food, even if they’re not part of the game, and crawls directly to them. (<- Crocodile has many feelings about this, especially since he substitutes his cigars for lollipops whenever he’s in the vicinity of a child.)

Trafalgars

Law: Does not want to play this, either. Hides his face against Lauren’s chest as soon as he gets to her.

Lami: Hops like a bunny—precariously not falling on her bum—straight into Lance’s arms.

Thea: Happily waddles her way towards Rocinante.

BBQ Edition: Which Relative Will Our Toddlers Run To at the Get-Together?

Shamrock: Lance (favorite uncle)

Shanks: Gaban (favorite uncle)

Buggy: Gaban (favorite uncle)

Ace: Newgate (favorite uncle)

Sabo: Dragon (favorite uncle)

Luffy: Garp (he does love his Grandpa but Garp was also holding meat)

Law: Marco (favorite cousin)

Lami: Rouge (favorite aunt)

Thea: Shakky (favorite aunt)
