i also Hate that my mind and body are so intertwined like the second i have a mental breakdown i get sick lmfao

e.g. last week i got some news that fucked me up so bad bc i am an emotionally sensitive person with abandonment issues, and ofc i got sick like a day later! fullblown post covid symptoms that were so bad i thought i caught covid again lol. i know it's more or less normal to be more prone to getting sick when ur under stress but i feel like im the poster child for this phenomenon. can i not be that pls

this is me publicly announcing that i won't be leaving the house unless absolutely necessary for the next 2 weeks and instead will lay in be continuously in order to properly recover from what seems to be post covid symptoms. bc now that everyone knows i can't back out
