CGB is having me read his plot outline and character worksheets to give feedback and ohmygod the man uses Laban's 8 Efforts in his character work ups and that is so goddamn brilliant, I can't even handle it.
Like that idea would never have crossed my mind; it's a movement based acting technique to help you connect with a part but the idea behind it is SO applicable to character development.
My mind has been blown a little bit.
