You know, we’re the most undisciplined generation the world has ever known. How many of you are disciplined? How many go to bed at the same time every night, get up every morning at the same time? How do you discipline your appetites, how do you discipline your tongue? We’re the most weak, effeminate Christianity the world has ever had-no wonder nobody wants it. It has no strength, it has no character.

Her cells have allowed for advances in cancer treatment, AIDS research, cloning, stem-cell studies and so much more. They traveled to the moon to test the effects of zero gravity, and scientists have sold and purchased them by the billions.

everybody say thanks to Henrietta Lacks. Her cells were taken from her without her consent, but they were immortal and billions of them were used to create vaccines and and assist in chemotheropy and antidepressants and advanced the medical field spectacularly. although she isn't credited for the trillions of HeLa cells she has created, her family wasn't compensated, and she was barely ever mentioned in media, she is a notable figure that deserves to be known.
A beautiful black woman who sadly passed to cancer, she is the reason that many of us are alive today
A warrior feeds her body well. She trains it, works on it. Where she lacks knowledge, she studies. But above all, she must believe in her strength of will and purpose and heart and soul.
