don't you just hate it when you're just trying to plant parsnips but your world intersects with the rust dimension drawing horrors beyond your comprehension into existence?
sucks when that happens

i finally got Haru's design to a point where i like it ;~;
Ogawa Haruto: simultaneously the best and worst detective in existence.
he's my main guy in my danganronpa/ raincode au thing that i've got going on.
he was born with a forte that let's him hear the thoughts of other people, their hopes, their dreams, their deepest darkest secrets and plans, all he needs to do is make eye contact with his target.
he was also born with severe autism. eye contact physically hurts him, he struggles to understand the thoughts of other people, and he has echolalia, he relies on repeating words that are spoken to him to communicate.
he wants to be a great detective more than anything else, to use his abilities to help others and make the world a better place. however, that really isn't something he can do on his own. he's frustrated to no end that he cant, that he needs help in investigations, that he needs help to get up and get dressed and get a train ticket to the crime scene and talk to the police at the crime scene and apply what he learns from his forte to the case. but he puts up with the frustration just so he can do good in the world, because being a 'good kid', an 'easy to deal with kid' is all that he knows. he smiles, and he helps people and he puts up with things that hurt him because that's who he is, a 'good kid'.
he wants to be a 'good kid' so badly.
A new gen a new look!
I've had lucky as an oc for... 10 years now...? Idk it was when I first got into mlp pre-alicorn twi, but sadly several laptop changes and saving issues mean I only have the last iteration of his design (from 2019)
It's still fun to compare style changes though and I've certainly gotten better at drawing ponies
haahhh.... well this was queued for today anyway but in light of recent events..
these lil guys are woefully underrated in the fandom.
well i did it, meet Retro the red panda! he's an oc from, hell when i was 13-16. he has the ability to open short-range portals, with severe limitations on the size of said portals, the distance between them ect ect ect, he's fitted out with inhibitor rings to prevent any overlap or reality-breaking-misshaps.
in the feild he'd be more of a support character, allowing his team mates to pull off trick shots thatt would otherwise be impossible without the portals, mostly because he runs like an asthmatic old man and punches like a bunch of month old celery.
personality-wise he's a lazy sod who'd rather sit at home using his portals to grab soda from the fridge without moving from the medical drama he's watching. but he CAN be bribed into heroics using snacks or more soda. he's overly cocky and confrontational to mask how useless he feels (and is lol)
PLEASE forgive his old design, idk i must have been colour blind as a teenager idk
replaying ToTK at the moment, and felt a Great Need to give linden a re-design. he looks a lot less dragon-y now, but i think the newer design suits him better.
I might have mentioned that I have an oc...
Meet Dustin, he’s a vulture both literally and metaphorically.
