You sigh after hearing that, you had been on your break for a couple of minutes and had started banging your head on the table slightly. This was such a slow day! The customers were slow, Garrett didn't do a lot of announcements, Jonah wasn't messing with something, Cheyenne was out, Mateo was still hard at work, Dina was in the security room, Glenn was at his desk, and Amy.. Well Amy was somewhere in the store doing something floor managers do.
You had debated on putting a fork in the microwave just to go home before you hear Garrett's voice over the intercom again. "Uh.. Y/n to customer service, you have a.. Very interesting looking man looking for you. Y/n to customer service," You picked your head up, reluctantly got up, and walked out the breakroom.
You walked all the way to customer service to see a small crowd of the employees gathering around someone. Garrett looked at you, did a take back, and then a triple take. "Dude, you know Meguru Bachira?! The most goated soccer player ever, the guy better than Missael Kaiser?!" He said, wheeling over to you. You looked up to see your boyfriend excitedly talking to your coworkers.
"Uh.. Heh.. Yep! I uh.. Know him.." You said wuth a nod as you walked over, Meguru perking up like a puppy and immediately hugged you. "Surprise! See? Told ya I'd surprise you!" He said cheerfully as your coworkers gaped at you. "Yeah, you got me good," You say, patting his back. Mateo looked at you, then Meguru, then back to you. "Hold up, so you're saying that a soccer player, is gay?" He said, a bit shocked.
"That, football, and wrestling are liek the gayest sports to play brah." Some random customer said before being shooed away. "Yep, so, uh, Meguru, you can go now!" You say shoving him away as he whined but reluctantly left. You breathed a sigh of relief before turning back to the coworkers who definitely had questions.
"Ladies.. Ladies.. One at a time.. Heh.."
