ive talked once or twice about the production of macbeth i got to see live and now im thinking about it again. the way that this theatre portrayed them has them kinda engraved into my head. it really matched the whole atmosphere of the playy — it was modern and set in a hotel and a biker gang etc etc they were all wearing a lot of leather and it was pretty neat. i have yapped about that before
they were OLD. greying hair and stuff. old sweet married couple who've clearly been through enough to know each other and yet still discovering stuff and how far they'll end up going in the end
and lady m had this really hot kinda into the woods witch vibes. and that's now forever her to me. you cannot convince me otherwise. like
she really pulled it off and i am very sapphic for her on occasion
Recently realised not everyone knew who Lady Mowbray was before today
she was mentioned in the tmagp ARG (like Mr bonzo was)
we didn't know much about her other than she was very rich and she has agents (bodyguards? servants? idk) and when we were solving the ARG she sent one of her people out to specifically tell us to 'Stop investigating into Lady M.'
anyway she's really cool. I immediately clicked on to who she was and she's exactly what I was hoping for and she has dogs. what's more to love honestly. As a huge fan of the hunt and hunt related cases, I lay everything down for this women
also she knows the Bouchards. that can't be good! Rich people gathering when?
Lady M is literally my favorite(besides Kenny of course) so I drew her in my style! Sorry colors are a bit off, my colors are limited atm 😅@blitzy-blitzwing

The Magnum Opus is a foundation of Alchemy, related to the creation of the Philosopher's Stone, that is comprised of 4 stages: Nigredo, Albedo, Citrinitas, and Rubedo. I believe that these stages are going to be directly related to Becoming in the future of TMAGP.
Nigredo - The stage of blackness, decomposition, putrefaction, and spiritual death. All things must die to Become anew. A similar theme was present in TMA, when all Avatars had to die to Become (ex. Jude Perry set herself aflame, Mike Crew jumped off a building to escape the Dark, Jon's body was dead/dying during his Becoming, Michael Shelley and Helen Richardson both died to merge with the Spiral, etc). I believe that this will become relvant in TMAGP as well, not as a physical death, but as a spiritual one. By becoming something one's not, it invites the Fears in. For example, Ink5oul began copying and claiming old, stolen tattoo designs as their own, which goes against the code (most) artists stand by: credit the ideas you borrow. Another example is Mr. Bonzo. Bonzo was not a monster before the Bonzo Murderer made him infamous - he was just a silly guy on TV, someone to make kids laugh. However, the Bonzo Murders brought much unwanted attention on Bonzo, labeling him a monster. And thus, he Became one. Or according to Heinrich Unheimlich, he was not always a monster that ate children. He was a toy, and when stories made him seem like a monster, he Became one. When stories made him the toymaker, he Became that too.
There is a running theme with Becoming and feeding based around worship and fame. Ink5oul mentioned that they needed the fame of social media to continue. Heinrich Unheimlich mentioned that without stories from children of his horrors, he became very weak.
Albedo/Leucosis - The stage of whiteness and purification. This is where I don't have as much evidence for this theory, as we haven't really explored Becoming in TMAGP. Nevertheless, I believe in this stage is when Avatars would begin serving the Fears, the first kills if you will. During this process, Avatars need to feed on fear and fame (as we saw with Needles and their provoking calls to the operator). They could resist it, as Gertrude and Martin did in TMA, or given in completely. Ink5oul is the person we saw the most of a Becoming process through (so far). They mentioned feeling a change occuring in them. Something they couldn't stop once they gave in the first time. This is also when I theorize powers will start developing, to assist the Avatar in their feeding and serving. With Ink5oul, it is the ability to control tattoo guns (a tool of their primary method of feeding). With Needles, it is the ability to pertrude needles from their body (again, a primarh method of feeding). With Heinrich Unheimlich, it's the ability to control dolls (which assist him in feeding, as we saw a few episodes ago).
Citrinitas/Xanthosis - The stage of yellowness, the dawning of the solar light inhert to one's being. This stage, I theorize to be that of the Awakening. When one Becomes and Avatar. They make a contract with a fear, and they serve it. This would be the equivalent to what Oliver Banks or Peter Lukas achieved in TMA, a full-fledged Avatar with a good set of powers.
Rubedo/iosis - The stage of redness. The final stage, when one regains a coherent sense of self, with psychospiritual goals achieved. This has also been described as a "reunification of body, soul, and spirit, leading to a deminished internal conflict." This stage would be what Jonah Magus, Simon Fairchild, or Hailey achieved in TMA - maintaining their soul by basically having immortality. For Magnus, it was the ability to transfer his soul into the body of another through his Eyes (after all, they are the window to the soul). Similarly, with Hailey, it was the ability to transfer his soul through Darkness into the body of another. With Fairchild, it is basically immortality through Vastness. His life is simply Vast. He ages, but maintains a youthful enegry. He is old but still has a long way to go before death. With these three, they each maintained their identity. However, I would argue that this stage is easily failed. In TMA, the Distortion had an identity forced upon it, against its nature. Yet, Micheal and Helen never became one with the Distortion. They never kept their souls in a sense. The Distortion simply took their motives, desires, mannerisms, and everything that made their identity without maintaining THEM. This is an example of the stage being half-failed. The identity was there, but not the soul. In TMAGP, we have The Archivist, known only to us as [Error]. They maintain the powers and essence of the Fears, yet they have no identity. Their identity, their very being itself, sepreate from the Fears is nothing, just an error. Their body is mutilated with eyes, and no identifiable features are left. Even their eyes aren't theirs, but that of the Fears. There is no one left, only a hungry vessel wanting to feed, to drink its fill, for the Fears.
While [Error] is the only Avatar in TMAGP to have gotten to this stage from what we have witnessed. I believe Lady Mowbray may have reached this stage successfully. She seems to have maintained a concrete, coherent identity while she is able to serve the Fears successfully. Of course, any more information on her would be great to double-check that this theory is correct, so we'll just have to wait for that, lol.
Now, with the Hilltop Centre Janitor, I believe [Error] artificially pushed him through the stages, by consuming the Fear related to Hilltop from him. He, unlike it's victims in TMA!Verse who died, was left muttering about his statement. Through [Error] and the power of The Archivist, I believe that the janitor was put through these stages of Becoming at a super fast pace (minus the feeding), leading to the final stage failing. Due to the fact that he never got to feed, he was not only left without an identity, but extremely weak. He never got to feed and did not have the energy to Become, leading to his unfortunate state as a weak shell of himself, left for dead by the Archivist.
Anyway, that's my theory on how Becoming works in TMAGP. I'm probably completely wrong, but I found this connection really interesting while I was researching Alchemy.
