Settling herself in a booth, she took the time to observe the humans around her. Look at them gallivanting and preparing for Samhain's Day, or as the humans referred to as Halloween. How many of these humans would survive such a night? How many would invoke the spirits in a game and find themselves upon the losing side? She smiled at the thought of a few rutted humans sacrificed for another deity, but she never could place her finger on that woman. The woman who appeared out of sorts with the rest of the crowd, a beauty like The Countess, but ignoring the gestures the males made in parting to let her pass. Just who was this woman?
