I am scared at one point some of it is, apart from some difference like my birthstone that should be a ruby, BUT that might be tied to my deadname rather than my birthday...

Fuyu related to Hades is INSANE i think it fits pretty nicely... and now I need a LadyFuyu Hades and Persephone AU okay BYE

Lady and the Tramps - LadyFuyu AU - the Kitsune Clan system

Important to note: This is purely my interpretation of how the Kitsunes and their clans function, so it may not match the canon and may diverge from actual kitsune legends in japanese culture.

Blessed by the Gods

✦ Clan leaders are blessed, or "chosen" by the Gods, mostly by Inari herself as every clan worship her and are under her protection. ✦ When a kitsune is chosen to succeed the role, the shrine and chosen one receive a vision, and the latter will then receive training depending on their age and upbringing. ✦ If a leader passes and no one has been blessed yet, the Clan will temporarily choose a leader.

Territories and relationships between clans

✦ Each clan is 'stuck' in their respective season, but the natural flow of seasons in the 'outside world' will still influence them. (Example: While there is always snow and cold in the Winter Clan, when Summer arrives, it is sunny and warmer.) ✦ Each clan has its own perks; with Spring Clan's weather and soil allowing for plants, especially medicinal, to grow, they are specialized in healing and medicine. Summer Clan and Autumn Clan's resident are pretty robust, so warriors go to train in the first, while the second helps with crops, deliveries, and building. Winter Clan is more on the spiritual and artistic side, so they provide beautiful tapestries, ornaments, protection slips and gorgeous clothing.

✦ Though the clans are 'removed' from the human society, but can still be accessed and visited, allowing for the Clans to interact with humans and do business. Whether or not the humans know they do business with kitsunes... who knows?~

✦ The leaders can have regular meetings to discuss about anything (political, updates etc...) with each leader hosting one after the other.

✦ Before the war happened, each clan held its own festival. Grandiose, lavish and filled with fun, all related to their respective seasons.

Powers

Each leader is blessed with powers that, while related to their respective seasons, can differ from one leader to its next-in-line. ╰┈➤ Depending on how powerful each leader is, their emotions can influence on the weather 🌸 Spring - Haru: Water and plants ☀️ Summer - Natsu: Fire 🍁 Autumn - Aki: Ground/Rock and wind ❄️ Winter - Fuyu: Ice and snow

Rise to leadership

❄️ Fuyu became leader through the succession of his ancestors, it is so far the only Clan to have witnessed this phenomenon. His blessing happened at birth, so his family raised him with the succession of the reigns in mind. He was named Leader of Winter Clan when he received his third tail, after studying, traveling, being around emperors and lords alike, and ending his career as a kabuki star. 

He is the eldest of the four,  values traditions and his devotion to the Goddess Inari in his leadership. Despite leading with somewhat of an iron fist, he is still extremely respected by his peers. For many years, centuries even, he has given his respect and mourned the former leaders, and has seen many replacements come and go. There was never a ‘bond’ with them, it was purely based on political respect, so he is not one for creating relationships with others unless for political reasons, maybe this detail made him somewhat distant as he grew older…

☀️ Natsu is probably… the strangest Kitsune of them all. Since he was a kit, Natsu has expressed a supernatural strength (even for regular kitsunes), a fearless love for combat and teaching, giving him the nickname “Kagutsuchi’s Flame”. When most would stay low, he would dive head first without a second thought. He became a soldier as soon as he reached ‘Adulthood’, then led an army to fight against predators and stronger, more dangerous creatures, as well as aiding humans in war for 50 to a hundred years.  When he came back victorious, he too had been blessed by the Goddes to reward him for his immense courage and selflessness. In celebration of this incredible miracle, his clan not only named him General, but also Summer Clan leader. Leading a clan was like leading an army, so it was a piece of cake for the blond!  The day he met with the other leaders, he offered protection and allyship, signing a pact with each representative. His strategic mind and victories earned him Fuyu’s respect, and the two quickly became allies despite their somewhat opposite personalities.

🌸 Haru grew up with a gift for plants, and worked at the prestigious spas of Spring Clan. His charming, enchanting words and ways could swoon anyone into a relaxing state and enjoy a peaceful pampering session. When sickness struck amongst the territories, Haru worked with the clans’ apothecaries and doctors, blooming medicinal plants and working with the streams of water in hopes of relieving and healing his companions. 

When things began to brighten up, Inari chose him to be Spring Clan’s leader, much to his pleasant surprise. Natsu welcomed him with open arms, happy to have another chosen one on their “team”. Even if his carefree and relaxed attitude made Fuyu sigh a few times, he would never admit the offerings of tea and his bottomless knowledge on medicine earned him curiosity and appreciation.

🍁 Aki was just a kid when he was given his blessing. Autumn Clan’s leader had passed away, and the people didn’t know who to choose. No one had been prepared for the sudden death, and for weeks, they all discussed and mourned. Until one day, the clan's shrine maiden received a vision, and to the clan's horror, the Goddess had chosen this little 9 year old kit. Never in the history of the clans had Inari ever chosen a child, but the clan made due. So while someone stepped up for his first few years, advisors and teachers alike stayed by him to raise him.

Poor thing was an anxious mess when meeting with the other three leaders, but Natsu, the ever-loving soul, excitedly took him under his wing, helping him and watching over him during his training. Even Haru and Fuyu had to admit they felt bad for Aki and found him endearing. So overtime, they decided to step him and help, reassuring him that, one day, he too would play his part.

As the years passed, a brotherhood slowly began to bloom between the leaders, forging a bond never seen between Kitsunes in over a millennia. And on New years, the four leaders would meet to celebrate together, casting beautiful fireworks for all to see, sharing bottles of sakes and tea...

To the many years of friendship and bonded leadership to come...

Can't believe I actually wrote all this.... FINALLY.......... It feels so good to explain somewhat the lore and how things worked pre-war in my AU... But then I have to write what happened next and i already wanna cry thinking about it LOL-- I hope you guys like this...
