I see Zhongli, maybe Venti or Ei behind him, scooping a crying and scared Seraphina up, snarling out vile curses at the humans in the room, before snarling at Neuvillette not to touch his hatchling-'

And if a human was brave, or more likely stupid enough to speak, to demand answers, maybe still thinking Seraphina was Furina!MC and asks why he was defending that 'criminal', that fake-

Only for Zhongli drops the cold hard truth.

The so called fake Hydro Archon wouldn't be causing any trouble to the oh so perfect nation of Fontaine. Because she's been dead for years.

"B-but that girl-"

"Is. Her. Daughter."

Neuvillette is basically crashing out at this point. Furina!MC... was dead? That girl with his eyes... was her daughter?

...Was this Seraphina his-

He doesn't have time to finish that thought as Zhongli carries a still crying Seraphina out the courthouse, saying they were going home-

Neuvillette stops them. He asks Zhongli if that girl, that hatchling was his.

"...No. Seraphina's original father ceased to be the day her mother was exiled. And Furina!MC made me her primary guardian. Her father."

The wording was clear. Furina!MC cut any ties with Neuvillette being Seraphina's father after he exiled her so coldly and without empathy. He lost his chance way before he even knew he had a child to begin with.

I also like to belive some dragons are just cats who can use elements and have wings so uhm...what do we think about zhongli/neuvillette doing something similar for their mcs??

Neuvillette would definitely do this, especially back when he only recently reincarnated and was still early on his relationship with Furina!MC. Poor Furina!MC got quite a few fresh kill placed at her feet in those early days, lol. Thankfully it was mostly just some big fish... But she did get a bit iffy when he started bringing Blubberbeast kills home-

Now, Zhongli on the other hand... I see it happening somewhere later on in his relationship with his MC. Once he's extremely comfortable with them, this drago instincts are coming out, and his MC might find the a dead Geovishap or two at their doorstep-

I have came here to ask for a a similar yet different request, hear me out again please, past lovers- zhongli x dragon!mc. Tbh i kinda wanna write this myself but i am someone that gets writers block easily so uhm...

Dragon!mc used to be sparing/patrol partners with zhongli during the dragon rule era and they had something going on- not quite the love everyone else has no, deeper, more meaningfull with no reason to acknowladge that it is there because both of the parites already know that.(yes, basicaly a situationship)

They're star-crossed soulmates, meant to be yet never truly.

Dragon!mc is a witness on zhonglis 'betrayal' (him swtiching to celestias side and taking a major part in the archon war) and they blamed theirself, for falling for him and how much it actually hurts knowing what they had will never happen ever again as- dragon!mc dies in his arms, and never steps a foot back in liyue untill unconsciousky begain pulled to the very same nation after hundred of years later of her death.

Dragon!mc still has that smile, the warmth, shine, laugh and unexplainable elegancy on her face. The one zhongli would have done everything to get back in that moment.

But he is still bound to celestia- to his duties as the archon-untill who knows when.

And untill than, he watches over her, every life she lives, the very same ones that was taken from her so unjustly- in every single one.

But he can't do anything about it, he made a contract with celestia after his possible betrayal to them in the moment mc was dying in his arms once again. He is forbidden to ever be a part of her life.

Until he is no longer the geo archon.

But only when he was about to give up the very same title that he fought nail and tooth for, including the very big sacrifaces, does he notice mc is no longer in liyue, hasn't been for a few of her lives actually.

What happened?

Dottore happened. In her last reincarnations- she reincarnated as her first self.

The dragon!mc was back multiple times but at what cost? Is she still truly a dragon if her wings were taken from them to never soar troughout the skies ever again? Is she still a dragon if all she has that proves she is one is her blood and remaining few scales and claws? (She managed to hid her horns and tail but the wings are just un-hide-able you know...)

But than she manages to escape the ever lasting cold winter with what little flame she has left in her soul, getting on a ship-and even begain protected by the crew members untill they near the harbor.

The first face, Eyes she sees are his.

So familiar yet so distant- so regretfull yet they still hold an ounce of happiness in them.

Zhongli the ever big gentleman he is- runs.

Runs as far away from them because the contract is still on, will be for a few more days in fact.

Untill than, he will watch from the side lines, making out what happened to her silently with observing eyes- who did this to her- and finally FINALLY getting the chance to talk with her once again once he lets go of his title.

Oh but celestia might hate him as a particular ginger is on his way to report that the missing experiment is on the loose in liyue.

With the former geo archon.

I geniuenky wanna contune this but i'm sleepy and all i can think about is that canon dottore only went over the moon once he gets his hands on this poor dragoness because i remember him trying to get a hold of an aranara multiple times because of his curiosity so...it would only be worse with and 'extinct' fairytale material dragoness, right?

My TruE question to you is that what do you think the rest would go like? Because i personally am stuck but i also wanna read this like a fanfic/hc thingy idk what its truky called💔 and would love to see your point of wiev because idk where to stop with the angst-no comfort...

I feel like if I add anything else to it, it might ruin your vision of this idea. It's just so good. @ladyintheday you send me the best stuff, I swear-

But... I guess it would be a slow process of healing? Of trust building between the two once again? And Zhongli being a protective dragon against the Fatui-

What if HEAR ME OUT. Our places was switched quite literaly with teyvat? Like instead of their world begain a game in our universe...it's our world that is a game in their universe.

I remember someone doing somethinf similar to this but i'm not quite sure. Anyways, so just imagine your favorites begain your fanboys/fangirls fanning over you and how much they wish you were real, real and their lover- but it's impossible, they should stop begain delusional...right?

But no! Our mc in our world who's life is really chaotic enough to be made games/movies out of ends up in this alternative universe somehow and many people in there first think she is just cosplaying untill a few of the fans come up to her to ask for her social media(lets act like phones and all are in teyvat) and she is just shaken up- not begain able to answer at all, because again-she is in a complately other nation that's for sure but they can use elements??? When she goes around wandering (running away from some crazy fans??? Theu had fans??? THEY ARE A VIDEO GAME CHARACTER???)they meet our LI-one of the fanboys(i vote for any of the overgrown lizards), they are a quit fan just enjoying the overall concept of the media untill their favorite character comes up to them askimg where tf they are, what even is this place called?? And why on earth everybody thinks she is a cosplayer of a video game cgaracter that looks like her, has her bavkstory and the same life she lived.

Our fanboy thinks she is just a social experiment.

Untilllll she has a panic attack.

Everybody knows her backstory. Everybody knows her deepest secrets, her lies, the things she did so unjustly- (she can only think about the bad parts of her life, even if the thing wasn't caused by them or their actions-it is looked like it was now by them)

Good luck getting this girl to calm down, oh and one of tje biggest down sides? She has to restart her whole life in a world she is so unfamiliar with.

This is by assuming our mc is not aware of teyvat, so they don't know that this is an alternative uniberse where the situations are changed.

Tbh i think mc was a person that unwillingly got into some situations she never wanted to ever take a part of in her life but thinking on again, i think it would be much beter if she was in our world where there was an apocalyose situation going on like the last of us/resident evil etc because 'was all they did for nothing?' Part would be beter in there and all the self blaming would make a lot more sense(maybe they had to sacriface people or some people sacrifaced themself for them. Maybe the apocalypse started bevause of them or they are imnue to all this stuff so its pretty much worse- would be %100 worse if both were true too...so our girl is overall having a panic attack because her whole trauma is just an entertainment 'game' for horror fans...)

Please someone give this MC a blanket, snacks, and a whole lot of cuddles, plushies, and therapy- 😭

Add in maybe someone hopefully realizing 'Oh, this wasn't a video game character anymore, but a whole mess of drama and sadness-' and gets her some help, please.

Another question for the dragony furina!mc

Do you think she tried to fight against focolors with also her stolen power/strenght?

Like not with just words but literaly with hand in hand combat. My girl held the heart of the hydro sovereign in his prime surely she could have put him in his place so she hopes she can at least be equal with this usurper that not only stole her mates birthrighr power but hers too??

But do keep in mind that,

at first- she at least had her own face and body and even a cool dragon form with deagonic abikities- now she is in another body, adoring another face with no strenght or power.

Feels like heaven is laughing at your face, doesn't it?

She is complately in a whole new body that feels so wrong to be in and its even worse because her mate who went trough moon and back just for her to accept his courting is now ignoring her.

But she does remember the canon events, thanks to her past dragon mind who held every story told in the past, so all she can hope for is for him to understand it is still her he loved...even if she is in the body of an usurper.

I need a fanfic of them, they occupied my mind for far too long.

What would you think about an dragon!mc(yes their soul was also ripped apart from their original body and was beought here for some reason) who was in the dragon ruling era also begain courted by neuvis past life (the original hydro sovereign)but than celestia happened and they are both reincarnated now.

Our mc can reincarnate as either just as herself or as furina!mc both who looks and acts very human but also who has a bit of a dragonic nature mixed in their actions

For normal mc that just got reimcarnated, would neuvillette find any excuse for lady furina just to see this mc again? Because something is awfully similar but he can't put a finger on it.

As for Furina!mc, he probably is suspicious from the moment they had met because why does this usurper act like someone he knew very closely once up on time who he swears was of his kin.

Also focalor just wondering where she went wrong in her 'perfect' human who is goinf to be the best actress as a goddess plan/project

Just our overgrown lizard having memory issues because he doesn't has his full authority over all of the waters so he just can't remember everything about the dragons ruling era and also because he can but also can't remember who either of the mc's are and he just can't focus on his work %100

I'm always a sucker for Furina!MC, so-

And her possibly remembering everything that happened in not only her first life, it her second in the dragon era, but Neuvillette doesn't and that's hurts her-

She's not even sure how to tell him! And is scared if she does he might get mad, think she's crazy and won't believe her, or might leave all together-

So she reluctantly keeps quiet, silently begging for his attention... until after the prophecy, and suddenly he's on her with feral tenacity.

His mate had been there the whole time?! Reincarnated as a usurper, but also not?! He left her alone-
