Theory: Adrien will choose Marinette as his stand-in (as Chained Titans suggests) and even follow through on how he hoped to confess he was Chat Noir in "Representation."

Basically, Ladybug's lie comes out and the fallout results in Adrien losing more and more faith in even himself. He still doesn't know Marinette is Ladybug so he sees her as trustworthy of having her Miraculous if worst comes to worst.

Basically, this would be how The Reveal unfolds with a good outcome as it's MariChat being the one where the mask falls first this time. Third time lucky, y'know.
