"Would you prefer these?" And she made tubes out of both of her small fists, holding them up to her eyes as if she was peering through binoculars.

"So... Little Light... We have some catching up to do, don't we?" Sylas purred to the young noble, the larger man smiling down at her.

She flushed a deep crimson but kept her composure. It wasn't her fault she couldn't control the color of her cheeks, after all! It also was not her fault that when he spoke to her, called her "little light", the corners of her mouth curled upward in a smile she couldn't and din't want to fight.

"Yes," she said, nodding enthusiastically, "yes we do."
