Wow, I am not alone!

Had a prof in grad school who made us watch Reservoir Dogs in a 20th Century Postmodern class. I was flummoxed by his love for the flick; fortunately, I could choose to write on something else for my final paper (Joseph Heller’s Major Major from Catch 22). That’s the only one of his films I’ve seen.

It annoys me that they only let me put 10 photos on a post; most of the time I end up picking the ones that fit the theme, thus why the people vary.  Always happen with others add more! :)))

Yaaaaaaaaaay!! I love getting Christmas cards in the mail! And today I got TWO!! Two very pretty and lovely ones that had me grinning like a dork and hugging them both since I cannot hug the people who sent them. 

So many thanks to @interstellardiamonddust and @ladytian for the wonderful cards! They definitely brightened my day!

I hope you find a balance that helps. I know what works for me and it may take a bit to figure out what ratio you need, but it seems talking about it here may help you suss things out for yourself.

I think approaching it as a ratio, instead of as meeting the minimum amount for each nutrient, is likely the key. Especially considering the increased cider intake, because I remembered that cider counts as calories, but I’d kind of forgotten that it’s also a carb. 

Thanks!  I have formulated a tentative plan to test out over the next week; we shall see how it goes.
