I just saw the argument you had with - that - human being - and you are a saint. I am going to keep my impolite, overly vitriolic opinions of them to myself and merely block them. I am so, so sorry you had to deal with them, but you were far more reasonable than I would've been.
No need to apologize, I’m not upset or anything. And there is absolutely no requirement for some sort of arbitrary “reasonable” when talking about something important, especially when the other person isn’t “discussing” in good faith. No one owes anyone their time and labor in response to any sort of attack or argument... there was just stuff I kind of wanted to say and they gave me the opportunity to do so.
Why I didn’t bother breaking down all the things that were confrontational in that last ask; they wanted to sign their name to their words (to a degree) so I posted it, but. *shrugs*

If you haven't already tripped over their writing, I recommend KouriArashi - I started reading for the Teen Wolf, was dragged over to the Shadowhunters side via an excellent crossover fic, and am still reading Shadowhunters.

AH, yes, see. I have this problem, and her name is Maryse Lightwood and my intense over-identification with her character combined with a massive crush on her actress, so while I totally GET why people hate her I cannot read the things with the Bad Parent Maryse Lightwood tag. (I am very glad there is a Bad Parent and Good Parent tag so you can tell which you’re getting before you start; I have seldom seen a fandom so good at using its tags, it’s DELIGHTFUL.)

I will never stop ALSO loving my bioware characters. Just. If you’re here for that you might want to blacklist Shadowhunters cuz it’s just gonna overtake everything for awhile. (I AM AN EMOTIONAL WRECK, IT’S GREAT.)

Made an animated gif of my Half-Drow Celestial Warlock, Thrael Dundragon. Her Unicorn patron, Starweaver, was gravely wounded by an evil demigoddess when the party was in the process of saving her Drow father who had endured 15 years of captivity in the Underdark. The cost of the rescue proved great indeed. One of the party members was cruelly imprisoned inside the scythe of the demigoddess before everyone was able to teleport to safety. With her patron greatly weakened, the shimmering white heptagram on her forehead, the mark of their pact, has faded and now flickers in and out of existence.
