Space Commercialization: AIAA LA LV Participation in Jan. 22 LAEDC / CSUDH panel event Several of the AIAA Los Angeles - Las Vegas Council Members attended the Space Commercialization panel event on Jan. 22. It was hosted by CSUDH and LAEDC. The speakers/panelists talked about very interesting things related to the Space Commercialization. What they said matched very well with the vision, mission, and activities that #AIAA and the #LA-LV Section have / have been doing. Mr. Whitesides mentioned X-15 and indicated he could elaborate more on it if needed, as that's an important technology led to several modern day aerospace technologies / businesses, like those used in Virgin Galactic and Virgin Orbit.
