Side Seated Singe Arm Chest Fly's - Great exercise for your upper chest, especially if you have a lagging upper chest. What you want to do is sit sideways on the chest fly machine and bring your humerus (bone between shoulder and elbow) across your body and squeeze at the end. Keep it nice and controlled throughout (Feel it).
