My name is Stephanie Byron-Ene, and I am the writer and director of Omenala (Oh-May-Nah-lah), which translates to "As it is in the land." 🇳🇬 First, I’ll like to give you a little bit of my backstory. I’m Nigerian, from the Igbo tribe, and grew up in Lagos State before coming to the U.S. to study film. My passion for filmmaking started early.
