For headcanons I only do up to four characters so that posts don't go over their word limit, so I hope you don't mind my four choices

~ Lahn's first reaction to someone hurting you in front of him would be pure rage; you're his significant other and he will hurt whoever's hurting you

~ He might be a traditionalist, but he doesn't believe in physical abuse of any kind

~ After he's 'taken care of' the person who hurt you he'll make sure you're okay

~ If you have bruises or if you're bleeding he'll take you to the infirmary and patch you up

~ However, if the person hurt you emotionally Lahn will remind you that whatever they said wasn't true

~ He's not one for talking about feelings, but he'll listen if you need to talk about it

~ Lahn wants you to know that if you need to talk about it he's there for you; he doesn't want you bottling your emotions up

~ Either way, he'll give you lots of cuddles and make sure you're in as little pain as possible during your recovery

~ Prorok ~

~ Oh boy, if someone hurt you in front of Prorok they will regret it

~ He'd be absolutely furious that someone was physically or emotionally hurting you, whether in front of him or not

~ After whoever was hurting you is disposed of Prorok would feel bad for you; he doesn't like it when you're in pain, specifically if someone else hurt you

~ In a way he'd feel like he screwed up as a lover after someone hurt you in front of him the way they did

~ Depending on how badly you're hurt he'll help you get the best treatment available, even if you need to visit the on-site counselor every once in a while

~ However, Prorok's always willing to listen to you if you need to talk to him about the incident (even though talking about feelings ect. makes him feel super awkward)

~ Varkon might not be as physically fit as a galran soldier but he's still got fighting skills

~ If someone were to hurt you in front of him he'd feel incredibly angry and arrest whoever was hurting you

~ He might not be high ranking in the galra empire, but he still has the power to have whoever decided to hurt you sent to galra central command to be tortured to death

~ After the person in question is gone forever Varkon would feel guilty for not being there for you on time, especially if he has to travel from one end of the mall to the other or if someone else had him restrained

~ Varkon will nurse you back to health whether it's in a physical way or an emotional way

~ He promises to never let anyone hurt you again and he keeps his promise

~ Gnov ~

~ If someone were to hurt you in front of Gnov (or at all) they would be D E A D

~ The person hurting you wouldn't stand a chance, they would be laying dead on the ground within a matter of seconds

~ Galran commanders might be considered cruel but never towards their lovers/family

~ Whether the person was hurting you physically or emotionally she wouldn't hesitate to immediately kill them

~ Gnov wouldn't know how to feel at first (aside from angry) until after whoever was hurting you is dead, then she would be angry at herself for letting it happen in the first place

~ Depending on how hurt you are Gnov will either cuddle with you or put you in a healing pod

~ She's definitely always willing to listen to you if you need to talk about it bc she's not just a killing machine, she genuinely cares about your wellbeing

Hello! If you’re ask box is still open, could I please have some headcanons for Lahn on how he would be with an Earth woman as his partner. How would be with with her? Does he learn her customs easily or does he have trouble? Would he even be interested in an earth woman?

Tbh I low key forgot who Lahn was for a hot minute oops So sorry it took me so long to get to your request hun!!

Lahn:

Lahn may be seen as a sort of ruthless war lord to others

But to his partner, he is deeply passionate and caring towards her

He was very cautious at first, thinking perhaps this human woman was a spy or assassin sent to kill him

But then he realized that this woman was incredibly pretty and beings to trust her little by little

And then bam! He asks her out in a sort of way that could be similar to asking one if it’s alright if he could court them

He’s very old fashioned by Earth standards but he’s trying to be a gentleman

But does not underestimate her however as he knows that she can certainly kick some ass should the occasion call for it

Her safety is his absolute priority at all times and it may come across that he’s a bit controlling at times

He doesn’t mean to be that way but he knows people are out to get him and the way to hurt him is by hurting her

Before meeting her, he hated people from Earth only because the Paladins of Voltron were from Earth

But since meeting her who happened to be with the Paladins, he has changed his views

He honestly never thought he’d fall in love with a human woman

But since meeting her, he’s become gentler and more open minded about things

He is genuinely curious about Earth culture and what his partner’s home planet is like

He wants to separate rumors from truth as Galra basically preached that all Earthlings are vile and need to be destroyed

Some Earth customs are quite confusing to him and he doesn’t understand them at all

At first he did struggle with the customs of Earth and he did get frustrated at times

But he was going to try his hardest to learn them for the sake of his partner

In return, he’ll teach her Galra customs and culture

It certainly was a culture shock for both of them as they learned about each other’s customs

But they did notice a few commonalities and that only strengthened their bond

All in all Lahn can be a very challenging partner at times and perhaps a bit temperamental but he knows his partner will always keep him in check and he loves her for that

~ Honesty, Antok suspected that there was something you were hiding from him, but he couldn't be sure until your cover was blown during a mission; you didn't mean for it to happen, but you saw that your significant other was in danger and you wanted to save him

~ You thought that he was going to be upset at you, Antok reassured you that he was alright with you being a spy since you were working for the good side

~ Antok was still surprised that you were a spy, but he just accepted it after the initial shock wore off

~ He was happy that you were a spy, that way you both could go on missions together, but it doesn't mean that he doesn't worry about you sometimes, because he does

~ Antok loves going out on top secret missions with you, especially since you're very skilled and you have some pretty handy gadgets

~ Also, the lipstick taser is really handy if you both ever get caught by a random Galra foot soldier or two

~ Trugg ~

~ When Trugg finds out that you're a spy, she's unsure of what to think until you tell her that you're not spying on anyone in the Galra Empire

~ She knows that she shouldn't trust you bc you're a spy, but she does because you're her s/o

~ Trugg can't believe that she didn't realize that you were actually a spy during her relationship with you

~ She once accidentally came across your spy outfit, but she didn't know that it was actually your spy outfit at the time

~ All in all, she still trusts you since she knows that you're not spying on her or any of her crew

~ Trugg worries about you since being a spy can be dangerous, but you always reassure her that you can take care of yourself

~ As soon as Lahn finds out that you're a spy, he feels hurt and betrayed

~ It's not like you're spying on anyone in the Galra Empire, but he doesn't trust you for a while after finding out

~ You feel bad for not telling him that you were a spy sooner

~ Lahn feels a little better when you explain everything to him, but he isn't sure if he can trust you

~ You eventually earn back his trust, but it takes a while

~ Your his significant other, so Lahn learns that he can trust you again since you both really do love each other

~ Morvok ~

~ Morvok is beyond shocked when he first found out that you were a spy

~ Like, how could you keep such a thing from him?

~ He forgives you for keeping such a secret from him after you explain everything to him

~ Morvok feels better when he knows that you weren't in a relationship with him just so that you could spy on him

~ He worries about you because being a spy is dangerous job

~ You always reassure him that you're very careful while you're out spying

~ After getting over the initial shock, Morvok thinks that you're the ultimate intended; after all, spies are awesome

Could you do Lahn with a s/o who got a severe myopia and lose their glasses and as to get really close to someone face to recognize them and when they do they think Lahn is pretty... I don't wanna decide too much it's your blog after all it's just I have myopia and I can't see people face unless I nyoom super close to their face and the other day I couldn't find my glasses after my face routine and just thought it would be cute to see this situation ... 😅

(Y/n) didn't really know exactly how she did it or when it happened, but somehow she managed to lose her glasses during her morning routine. Looking for her glasses technically should have been easy, but unfortunately she had severe myopia which meant that it was harder than it should have been to find a simple pair of glasses due to her bad eyesight. She felt embarrassed for losing her glasses in the first place because she was supposed to either keep them on her face or somewhere nearby so that she would be able to find them. Ever since (Y/n) had been diagnosed with severe myopia she had to wear glasses so she could see properly and take aspirin when her occasional headaches got bad, although she was usually fairly good at not losing her glasses. Looking for them was difficult because everything around her looked blurry, even when she squinted her eyes.

While she looked for her glasses (Y/n) wished that Lahn was around, if he was then he could help her find her glasses, but he'd left their habsuite a while ago so he could oversee the work that had to be done that day. Being the significant other of a warlord wasn't easy since he had a lot of work, thankfully when they were able to spend time together he always reminded her of how much she meant to him. She was the only family Lahn had, he'd grown up as an orphan and had a difficult life, but as soon as he managed to woo her after they got to know each other he showed her that he was capable of love. Luckily for her Lahn sensed that she needed him and decided to make sure that she was alright; he couldn't really explain it, it was more like a sixth sense to him. While (Y/n) searched around her and Lahn's bedroom Lahn noticed that she wasn't wearing her glasses, all he could do was stand there and wait for her to notice him.

"Oof!" (Y/n) huffed out when she ran into someone; she looked up, but she wasn't able to see exactly who she accidentally ran into.

"Are you alright?" Lahn questioned when he knelt down so that he was eye level with her.

"I'm alright… Lahn." (Y/n) began to say with uncertainty as she got really close to his face and squinted her eyes, making sure it was him.

"You lost your glasses again, didn't you?" Lahn asked her, smirking slightly; with (Y/n) around there was never a dull moment.

"Yeah, I did. You know, you're really pretty today." (Y/n) admitted bashfully, smiling at him and giggling a little; without her glasses on he really did look pretty.

"Excuse me?' Lahn questoned, flustered by her strange compliment.

"Well, you are." (Y/n) confirmed prior to putting a hand in front of her mouth to muffle her laughter.

"Let's just find your glasses." Lahn muttered under his breath, blushing slightly.

It was hard for (Y/n) to see anything without her glasses, but she could tell that he was blushing even though his face looked blurry. She ended up sitting on their bed while Lahn searched for her glasses, apparently they were more lost than she originally thought. Lahn had no idea how (Y/n) could lose her glasses so easily, they were always on her face during the day and on her nightstand all night, it seemed impossible for them to be missing again. During his search for (Y/n's) missing glasses he couldn't help but smile, he thought it was kind of cute how she occasionally lost things so easily. (Y/n) sat on the bed and watched the blurry blob that was her husband walking from one end of their room to the other, apparently searching in every nook and cranny until he found the one thing that could help her see.

“I found them on the floor in between your nightstand and the bed.” Lahn announced after he finally found (Y/n's) glasses, handing them to her so that she could put them on.

“That's where they were? I can't believe that I missed them. I'm sorry for losing them.” (Y/n) expressed in disbelief, feeling stupid for losing her glasses so easily.

Lahn assured her that he didn't mind helping out to find her glasses, it was simply one of the ways he took care of her and he loved her no matter how often she lost them. (Y/n) wiped her glasses off with her shirt and put them on, finally able to see everything clearly for the first time that day. She closed her eyes when Lahn leaned forward so he could kiss her; he couldn't stay for very long, so they shared a quick yet intimate kiss. (Y/n) promised him that she would try not to lose her glasses again, at least for as long as possible because she knew it might happen again sometime in the future. Lahn was glad that he sensed that (Y/n) needed his help, otherwise she might have gotten hurt.
