Frozen Lake :Ask Meme:
Rowan appeared in another world he didn't know. At least he was sure. It wasn't the one he was trying to get. Perhaps, someone was in trouble. After all, that was normal what the mirror portal had done for him. The rookie wondered about the snow for a few minutes at most. It almost felt like nothing would happen until he heard a crack, followed by a a small splash. Thinking the trouble might be far away, he hurried to the sound, only finding a small crack in the lake. Worried for whatever animal, or even being, that fell into it. He removed most of his clothing, in case he would fall in too. The cold weather didn't bother him, but they might need something dry to rest in. The young man carefully made his way out to the crack in the ice. It seemed just strong enough until reaching the spot the unfortunate fell through.
Rowan knelt down and leaned forward, to spread his weight evenly. He then reached into the hole, grabbing something and pulling it too the surface. A fairy. He had seen fairies before, in the Light Realm. This one was no big shock to him. He was worried at her though. The hybrid cupped the fairy in his hand the best he could, to keep the harsh winter air from touching her as he made his way back. rowan stuck her in his pouch, to keep her warm as he put his cloths back on. Hopefully, she would be alright.
Vidia blinked rapildy as she slowly came to; she could tell that she was in a pouch of some sort. "Wha-where am I?" she asked through chattering teeth. She tried to lift her wings, but quickly found that they were too numb to move. "I need to dry off!" she cried, anxiety pouring out of her voice.
