FME Day 3 part 1: Took a nice walk around lake Osisko, where we saw many ducks and a fountain. Supper at Le Cachottier where we had an excellent beer that was infused with tea. I had braised rabbit poutine with blueberry BBQ sauce, bacon, and chevre cheese (incredibly complex and sensationally delicious flavour profiles.) We also had pot au chocolat with sel de fleur for dessert - at which point I decided that I wanted to move to Quebec (it's a chocolate lover's heaven, among other things.) I concluded my meal with a Boreale Noire (also delicious) before we headed over to Evol-sion for a showing by Le Colour.
