i love how you drew fritz the cat with a big cat woman. is he a big cat woman, or little cat woman. or just a decoration. would the big cat women like him

im so glad u asked:) that piece is rly special to me. Fritz the Cat is a cat, same as my big cat women. The big cat woman cradles Fritz in her embrace, but she brandishes her claws beside him. She allows him space, but he has no power over her. She decides if he stays or goes. Also, she has put a little bell on him.

I want to do more work with Fritz the Cat. As R. Crumb’s self-insert, he is an interesting figure. R. Crumb: Advancing underground and anthro art by leaps and bounds, yes. Gleefully promoting regressive and hateful rhetoric in his body of work? Also yes. Addendum to Crumb is about making conscious decisions about how to engage with the flawed work of our forebears.

Day 1

Time: 7:00 am (idk what time the breakfast would be so im going with 8:00 so you have an hour)

Setting: camp half blood

The sun had long ago breached the horizon, slowly beginning to rise in the sky, whispy clouds floated along, and birds sung from the forest.

(Feel free to start however you want, I put a small description to start off, they will get longer I am just very tired right now so i hope this is okay for you guys for now.)

James had woken up a while ago, the sun filtering through Apollo cabins windows.

He yawned, his back and neck popping as he stretched them, running a hand through his messy dark curls after.

He blinked his eyes open, adjusting to the bright morning light. James reached over to his side table, fumbling to grab his glasses for a moment before putting them on.

He hopped out of bed, throwing on his dingy orange t-shirt, it had a red stain that looked suspiciously like blood but he insisted was just ketchup, and had long ago lost its bright orange quality. Next were his shorts, they were a little too big, making him look more lanky than he was.

He moved to the bathroom he shared with all his siblings, grabbing the hair brush they used but always fought over and hastily attempted to tame his hair - it didnt work, but A for effort.

With that James was ready to start his day.
