80 DA points is 1 dollar. It pains to convert it.
But one dollar sounds so much better when you say it's 80 points!
I never expect DA to be a bastion of artist right's and equality(they're an social art site first and the art comes last and I understand that but...)
But DA points and the commission widget are both a travesty and all these artists of various ages learn how much they're worth(or could ever be worth) through DA. And by DA's culture they aren't even worth a hamburger off of McDonald's dollar menu...
But eh as long as the DA company stays afloat they'll be fine. Forget the artists that actually make up the site.
