kiran is the one who takes care of the followers, cooks for them bless them and everything else expect sermons (he is very loved)
nana as the first follower is goat's favorite, she's very respected by the others and also se's the doctor of the cult
goat doesn't really take care of the cult, they didn't want it anyway so it's up to kiran to deal with it

ok i'll leave some headcanons >:)
-jovan had actually a big family! they lived with their two brothers one sister and their mother! they took their father place basically and took great care of the little ones
-after death jovan never introduced themselve to kiran with their real name but only as "goat" because the jovan they once were was long gone years ago before actually dying. it would be an insult to their family, and the person they were, to keep the name.
kiran know their real name but respect their decision, and only referes to them with goat or dear
-they ofthen have nightmares and go to kiran for comfort
they are aware that what they have is not healty... but they don't have anyone else
last one is spicy lol buuuut
-they use sex and phisical touch as a coping mechanism😔
Lambchop had many caretakers but Ratau and Flinky were Dad and Pops lol
Klunko and Shrumy carried a lot of weight as well and are definitely apart of their little family

Depends on who's being tortured. Enemies, sure, without question. And if they die during it, oh well!
Followers, however, it really, really depends on the personality of the follower. If Lamb sees it fit, they'll torture someone for days on end to get a result, but will never kill. They learned from the best!
