True it won't matter when you're dead BUT ☝️ bottling up emotions is in fact bad and can lead you to having more turmoil and upsetness about it in the futre. And could cause you to snap / explode if you don't get it out

Not forcing you to talk, you do you, I just know for me personally it helps to get it out <3

it's just been better for me to be a silent watcher in other people's stories because i would rather be forgotten than percieved as a "bad person"

i hate humanity's gripe with being "good" and demonising people who are not perfect

I've snapped/exploded before and it made me feel awful, but the way my life is going the only thing i can do right now is smile and wave until i inevitably snap again
