Next stop was the delightful @publicbrisbane for some fancy eats. Very chill for a Saturday night. Service was great and food came out quite fast. What you see here is the Roasted Lamb Rump and the Braised Pork Belly. Both had some of the most tender meat we have had in ages and the whole dishes just made sense. As a side note saltbush should be used more in Aussie cooking. Finally we got ourselves Chocolate Ganache to top it all off. Very strong flavour but not melded well with all on the plate. Sitting down with a nice bottle of red and a long edit ahead from the latest photo shoot at the splendid @regattarosebay - can’t rave enough about this place, the view, the food and gorgeous staff. This week was a shoot mainly for gin cocktails with a few new dishes thrown in.
