Pirate adventure!! All hands on deck!!

Part 2 of drawing tadc eps I wish we got. Here’s my idea for what a pirate adventure episode could look like:

They have to steal a buried treasure, but upon opening it, a curse is unleashed and they have to battle a kraken or something.

The A plot of the episode would be maybe about Pomni and Ragatha maybe butting heads over having different styles of leadership/working, but ultimately overcoming conflict and learning to work together to finish the adventure while learning a little more about each other.

The B plot is Zooble being frustrated that their body parts make the adventure really difficult as they sink in the sand, or struggle to swim or they’re stuck with a peg leg and hook, but Kinger helps them learn to adapt their mindset and utilise what they’ve been given to get through the adventure and help defeat the kraken or something.

The C plot is Gangle being tormented over and over by Jax (I almost drew a version of this where he had tied her to the mast hahaha). Maybe Ragatha and Pomni’s disagreement in how to do things bleeds into the C plot where they have different ideas on how to deal with Jax, too. Somehow she gets one back on him by the end.

If this were a longer show I imagine this as a mid season 1 episode of a 24 episode season. Pomni is still learning about everyone but is starting to get confident taking charge in some places.

I apparently had homestuck filtered out, I assume because I was frustrated by how much someone I follow/ed was posting about it. But having left Tumblr for some time to come back to it now, I enjoy the mildly illicit vibe that comes from stumbling across a homestuck post now.

Thanks to ultrasounds, the genders can be assigned before birth.  The people are so excited to conform they throw “Gender reveal parties” to make sure their offspring exist in a strict binary since before they can even form thoughts.

Birthday gift for a friend who is a jewelry artisan. Found a bust at thrift and wanted to spice it up for her Renaissance booth. Hopefully fangs will keep too many people from asking if it's Elphaba. 😅

Gave her the choice between half-orc and drow... Then I started painting before she even answered me. 🙉 You could say I know her well, or you could say she chose correctly.

I know everything is shit fucked sixteen ways before lunch time, but it remains a fact that you should not trust anyone who wants you to feel like the whole world hates you all the time. That's a person trying to sell you something, swallow you whole, or bleed you dry. Especially those times when it feels like they're right.

No one wants anything good from you who wants you always feeling scared and hated. They will wear you out and leave you in the bin the second fashions change. Things are extremely high levels of fucked, but you are not hated like that. It's scary and isolating but you are not alone like that. Worst case, come and shiver like a wet dog with me, I won't say anything and we can dry out.

Had an idea and needed to act on it. Need to find a chibi Ren to reference for a more accurate Pomni 😄 Just a sketch so far, but I do like to do these things in stages.

I have ideas for who almost everyone is, except Zooble. Probably will end up as Makoto, but I'm not positive it's the best fit.
