Another frenetic Alex Schomburg cover, although it lacks the "cheesecake factor" that would become more prominent in his work later in the 1940s.
As I've pointed out in previous posts, artists never could seem to figure out whether Brad Spencer, Wonderman, wore a mask or not. Many covers have him wearing one, but he does not in the interior stories.
And, as usual for the era, nothing remotely like what is depicted on the cover occurs inside the book. Still, I would've plunked down a dime for this book, which means the cover did its job.
