Champion Lance Week 2025: Last Dance

So, I started this nearly six months ago, when I decided I wanted to do something for the final Champion Lance week. This was supposed to have a small story behind it, but instead I guess you guys will get the cliff's notes under the cut. (Also he is so much better in photos than in videos, help me)

Lance's gear is inspired by Eternatus! I saw dark blue and red + that Lance trained in Galar and decided it would make for a great Formalwear getup. It also matches Silver but shhh.

Lance, of course, reps Mega Dragonite because until he was allowed to mega evolve his Starter he was not going to mega evolve anyone.

The cape is actually one made for him by Silver! Silver has officially dethroned him as Champion and he's very proud. He wears the cape to any and all official functions Silver is also at. Watching him splutter about Lance wearing a cape he made is peak therapy for this man.

Lance used to wear gold, but once he adopted*coughcoughkidnappedcough* Silver, he started dressing up in silver jewelry so people would associate them for more than their hair.

Hello hi I was on ao3 today and I saw your fics In Absentia and Historical Fiction, I'm so happy to see them because I'm writing about Lance and Green too, I thought no one cared about them but :D ❤️❤️

I didn't read them yet though but I'm going to, they sound interesting !!!!!

Hello hello! I was informed that Lance/Green Oak was more popular on the Japanese Pokespe side of fandom, so it is probably somewhere out there, just not often in english!

If you have Lance and Green out there, I'm happy to read them! They're so sparse why must rare pairs be rare.
