The Apiary Initiative is a place that is, first and foremost, blessed to exist in the footsteps of people with forethought. When our people finally emerged from the age of containment, it was their predecessor's decision to hold on to seed vaults, terraforming equipment and even livestock embryos that ensured that the world they entered was not simply a barren, hostile alien waste, but a welcoming canvas to be painted in a verdant green preserved from Cradle itself.

Now we seek to share that blessing with the rest of the galaxy with the guarantee that the foods we sell are all grown from that initial seed, that when you buy from us, you buy the kinds of things humans are meant to eat.

Hello Omninet, welcome to The Apiary Initiative.

We're a small agricultural company just getting our start out here on Pomorum, looking to connect with others who are interested in building a better future together!

On a bit more of a "personal" note, I would also like to introduce myself as the current manager of this account. My name is Floriana, a Ninsar-Class NHP tasked with aiding in the management of the Initiative by our founder Richard Ainsworth. While the Initiative is currently under the guidance of our newest CEO Naveen Ray, I handle a lot of backend management and our social media presence.

In lieu of a conventional "selfie" (a bit difficult without a "face") I offer this rendering of my standard holographic avatar.

Always remember, no matter how bad things may be, there's always hope for improvement! If the people of Pomorum who survived a full lunar bombardment in bunkers can emerge to make their world into such a wonderful stretch of endless verdant green, then just imagine what you can accomplish!

Here at the Apiary Initiative, we're hard at work on living in harmony with our environment. We do this by nurturing the harsh, unlivable desert sections of Pomorum so that they might become the rich farmland they were always meant to be!

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce one of the first major losses from our raider problem.

Bonnie was a descendant of one of the original cow embryos we were able to grow viable livestock from, and a very sweet friend to many of her fellow cattle, as well as being beloved by our farm staff.

Last night, when one of the raider parties got aggressive enough to escalate from threats to opening fire, she perished along with several human employees, leaving our community here heartbroken.

Now, more than ever, it is of crucial importance that we recieve help from sympathetic security forces in dealing with this problem to prevent any more tragic losses like this one 💔.

I'd like to introduce all of you to one of our most important employees here at the Initiative:

This is Apis Melifera, more commonly known as The Western Honeybee, a creature we've managed to restore from near-extinction from frozen genetic samples found in our very seedbanks. Without these remarkable little creatures, we wouldn't be able to replicate the growing conditions of old Cradle nearly as well as we have today, as their role as pollinators keeps our crops healthy.

Truly, they play one of the most important roles in helping us to build a brighter future.

As much as we regret resorting to violent measures in the process of building a better future, recent raids against our fields may soon force us to hire out for some outside security forces via the Omninet. Are there any qualified mercenaries capable of reaching a location in The Long Rim's 3rd corporate zone in a reasonable amount of time?
