It's 1 am and its a school night help me. I cant sleep and I'm fidgety so I scratched myself and started bleeding. I don't know what to do help.
First off, listen to soothing music. It helps. Concentrate on it. Well, before that, go to the bathroom and clean up. If you find you’re still fidgeting after music, find something to put in your hands, something with a texture you like, small enough to fit in your hands and mess around with. Also, take a deep breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 3 seconds, and release for 7 seconds. Repeat it a few times and it should relax your body. i hope this helps!
