#language exposure

So i've just started studying swedish for an exchange i might be able to do in one year, and i'm looking for stuff to read/watch/listen to in swedish, outside of those resources that are traditionally for language learners. It doesn't matter what level it is; in the worst of cases, it will give me something to look forward to understanding. So i'm asking all swedish speakers who happen to see this:

Is there any book, or show, or youtube channel, or podcast, or media in general that's in swedish and that you'd recommend to me?

I'd be interested in about anything, but here are some possible subjects (anything outside of them is fine too):

History

Food

Gaming content (e.g. let's players)

Science (incl. math and computer science)

Fantasy stuff

Sci-fi

Roleplaying (e.g. DnD)

Knitting, crocheting, etc.

Art, drawing, etc.

I am a Spanish native speaker living in Canada with my Jordanian husband and h little boys aged almost two and five. At home we speak three languages: me Spanish, husband Arabic and all of us English. My husband and I speak English to each other. I speak Spanish to our kids and he Arabic. He does not spend much time with the boys and their Arabic is minimal, but he is trying.

tunein radio is a pretty good app to get exposure to your target languages. it allows you to either listen to news and podcasts in your target language or listen to music in it. I used it a lot for my AP Spanish class last year. enjoy (possibly)

It’s kurva. Very flexible word, pretty self explanatory to those who know the basics (curses) of slavic languages 💅 I use it daily while driving because people don’t know how to drive.

The source of this genius memeable sentence is our criminal law professor. She used to say this every time we didn’t pay attention in class (a lot) and god was is entertaining because at some point everyone just started laughing it like maniacs

I have a 5-month-old boy to whom I speak Swedish (my mother tongue). We live in Scotland and my husband speaks English to him. We can sort out this bilingual equation, as I consistently speak Swedish to him and sing/read/listen to music and will mostly watch TV programmes in Swedish, and travel to Finland, where he will be exposed to Swedish (and Finnish, my other home language).
