2020 Language Goals!

Hey guys! Can you believe it’s a new decade? It’s crazy!

One of my resolutions is to have neater and more formal blog style (can you tell?). Do you guys like this style better? Or do you prefer my old style? Or do you just not care either way (fair enough!)?

Anyway, I’m rambling, onto the language goals!

I’m going to be honest. . .I barely completed any of my resolutions from last year. Honestly, I just think my goals were too vague. . .and I’m lazy lol

So, here’s the plan: for pretty much all of my languages, I want to learn more vocabulary. I need to figure out better ways to study vocab and to make it stick! Also, my grammar is trash. Like, it’s really bad. I really neglected my grammar studies in 2019 and I regret it. I’m going to get back in the habit of studying grammar and making actual sentences in my target languages. Additionally, I just need to immerse myself more, through books, TV shows, movies—you name it!

To add to that growing list, I also need to manage my time better! My time management skills have gone down the drain this past year and I desperately need them back (like, ASAP!).

Of course, I want to post more often on Tumblr and possibly start a YouTube channel (we’ll see lol).
