I dislike my own and low elo's general inconsistency. I never know how I need to play and it's hard to learn and improve if I can't tell whether I'm doing well or the enemy is just doing poorly. The same technique that worked in your last matchup with X champion might outright get you smashed in lane because, it turns out, the last one just didn't know what he was doing and this one does.
When your teammate abandons their lane
I was playing Ahri into Zed, and during laning phase he asked both teams to report me for using third party cheats because I was surviving his all ins with a few HP. Apparently rushing Seekers Armguard to negate AD is next level hacks, everyone.

Here in the Philippines, it’s considered cowardly to have a teammate roam to your lane. It does not matter which lane or when. People just call you cowardly. Especially the solo lanes (Top and Mid). So I respond with this: I know I won’t win with all engages and exchanges that may happen during the laning phase. I don’t willy nilly just keep fighting you like it’s gonna be a guaranteed win. Why do I know this? It’s because I think. I plan. I let you push the wave and then some. And don’t you dare respond with this whole “you coward. You only rely your jungler/teammate.” Bullcrap. Because this is a team game. You got teammates. Don’t be mad that I played with a smart mindset. In fact, If I wanted to 1v1 you, I can. All I need you to do is make a big mistake.

Hello yes I'm not a god I can't be everywhere on the damn map. Sure, you were ganked three times? I can't stop the Garen from flashing away so what I am suppose to do, just sit there? Oh look, I ping I'm going in on the Yasuo who's mid BUT DO I GET ANY HELP? Nope! Oh, you lost lane better blame the jungler! For real if your lane is push to the turret, even as Kayn I'm not ganking. If I try to gank and they flash or back up I'm not staying just so it can happen again. ITS NOT JUST YOUR LANE!
