There was no English for the ceremony but it was still pretty cool! And these ladies seemed to be in very high regard with the crowd, we tried to find out who they were without success. The Buddhist chanting and orchestra were incredible too ~ Cat

There was an insane number of lanterns being floated, we were there relatively early in the afternoon, and there were already a lot of prepare lanterns and people around the festival area
