But out of Jiang Cheng and Wei Wuxian, I like them about equally, but for different reasons. For WWX, I like him for his personality and his flexibility, and how cares for other people. I like Jiang Cheng because he has a lot of layers to him, can be very interesting to write for and to consider his motivations for why he does some of the things he does. I do lean a bit more towards Wei Wuxian, though! Particularly how he is after he’s revived.

Tho it’s still funny to me how Gu Yun has the same voice actor ( A Jie ) as mdzs donghua’s Wei Wuxian haha. I mean, one controls the dead with his incredible flute skills, while the other… cannot even play (1) tune for the life of him lmao. And I also noticed that our beloved nagging mom friend Shen Yi shares mdzs donghua’s Jiang Cheng’s voice actor!! Could it be any better??!

I dropped Killing stalking after reading the first season but!! I can imagine mo xuanyu/xue yang having that relationship,, i can totally imagine xue yang as that top guy (its been so long i forgot his name lol) Also,, *whispers* i want to see that fic

OOOOOF I had to take like a break from thinking about Killing, Stalking because I’m traumatized from the centipede scene aopfjsfoajsfopajosfjoasfjs but yeah when I was going through and reading the last season (is it over yet??? idk) I just thought “Oh, this could be Xue Yang and Mo XuanYu” but ooooof I prefer thinking about,,, soft,,, romance,,, To be honest,,, I was only reading Killing, Stalking to see what was up with the best boy, Seungbae, the officer uwu…

But, I think the dynamic could fit if we’re thinking of both characters in the worst light? Xue Yang as a traumatized psychopath that turns into a serial killer (this is p much canon anyways, right???), and Mo XuanYu as an abused soft boy with really unhealthy obsession towards someone who showed him the tiniest amount of kindness (unintentionally, I might add???)

I’m wondering where other characters might fit in, though? Would our Yi City arc people fit in as Xue Yang’s family (whom he murdered)????? The Mo family fits pretty well for horribly abusive family already tho hahahaha

Best boy police officer Seungbae is obviously Wei WuXian, who goes lowkey crazy trying to prove that Xue Yang is a horrible human being!!! No one believes him, so he has to go rogue and solve it himself.

The CEO’s daughter is maybe Wang LingJiao??? Maybe,,, just because,,, I want her to die tho ajfpsojfosajfosapfjsoafj heh…

But I think the whole,,, Xue Yang being super horrible to Mo XuanYu with random spurts of really soft kindness,,, I don’t know,,, matches?? Should I say that there were parts of the manhwa where I kind of thought,,, oh okay Sangwoo is going to start being kind to Yoon Bum????? AND THEN A CHAPTER LATER IT WAS LIKE BIG NOPE
