That moment Rex holds injured Cody 👀👌

THIS EPISODE IS OFF THE CHARTS FOR CODY AND REX FEELINGS.The episode starts with Rex worrying about how they’re getting defeated so easily and regularly now, having apparently expressed his worries to Cody, who then takes it to their Jedi Generals, who are like, yes, please, any insights you’ve got, we want to hear them.Cody believes in Rex, supports him the whole way through this, even when he expresses doubt in private about Rex’s theory of Echo still being alive.  It never takes away from  his faith in Rex as an officer and a friend.

Basically, his whole argument is:  “If they’re outsmarting Rex in this battle, we’re ALL fucked.”THAT IS SHEER BELIEF IN YOUR FRIEND AND APPRECIATION FOR WHAT THEY BRING TO THE TABLE AND I WAS ALREADY FEELING THINGS AT THAT POINT.But then!  Cody gets injured!  And Rex’s IMMEDIATE response is to run forward to go help him!

Hunter specifically has to hold him back when Kix says that Cody’s trapped under the ship, because Rex is ready to MARCH RIGHT ON IN THERE.Instead, they have a better plan (Wrecker is going to get the ship out of there, rather than Cody) but man Rex was ready to THROW DOWN for his friend in a heartbeat.AND THEN THE SCENE IN THE FOREST.

Cody is injured and Rex is dramatically holding him up and you can see the worry and concern and care on Rex’s face.THIS EPISODE WAS A GOOD FOR CODY AND REX FEELINGS ALL THE WAY THROUGH.  That moment of holding the injured Cody was just the icing on the already delicious feelings-cake.

For your single dad Maul AU, does this mean he has dad humor?

Oh yep. It’s rare, but I feel like as he gets older and more comfortable with everything humor starts creeping in a little more. I don’t think it’s always a flat dad joke, but he does make jokes in a dry sort of way. A lot of sarcasm is probably there.

LAO’S IMPROVED DISCORD SERVER

I’m working on improving the server! Adding more channels, roles and bots! (And other things if demanded)

I had this idea of a discord server for all those who are interested in my stuff - you can chat with me or each other, discuss headcanons, show fanart and see extra content plus some background material! Also real time updates on my blogs!

Why? Because I have so many followers and I never interact with you guys, not really at least. I think Tumblr also isn’t the best way for this, so I figured a discord server is a better idea.
