Peridot: It seems that my older companion enjoys the contents of various different books as Steven calls them. In order for me to gain a proper understanding, I must gain an understanding myself which will require a superior vantage point.
Peridot: *Starts army crawling from bush to bush before getting sprayed by a sprinkler* AHHH!
Lapis: Peridot what- *See's camouflage and spy gear* Were you stalking me again?
Peridot: Stalking? I would never I was simply partaking in the intense research of an individual!
Lapis: That's exactly what stalking is! Now, why were you doing it?
Peridot: ... Because I love you... *Nervously grins*
