I fell for Rick Owens' limited edition Double Bubble daybed when it first appeared in the West Village apartment of Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez (scroll for photos). Could it be the same? i am asking myself if i am happy far too much of the time. i am not yet good at being an adult but i’m fucking good at flailing wildly and laughing and caring for my friends. i want to keep getting better and i know that i will. i miss some people but i love those i have around me too. “have around” isnt physical. i dont contact people enough and i’m worried i dont always have enough to talk about but i’m always thinking of them, almost half writing letters and wishing them well. i’m trying i’m trying. my heart is soft and the plant on my window sill is dying and when i wake up i am warm and i’m keeping myself going.

2day I finished philosophy n hung out w tabs and booked hostels yayayay and got my traveller's money card thing and had real good chats with dad like adult to adult. (inc how he bought me for fighters tickets as a surprise and had worked out all of the logistics of it perfectly which was so beautifully thoughtful and the only spanner in the works was Dave Grohl breaking his leg oh dear) BUT I also made cakes and cried @ 10.30pm so u kno swings n roundabouts

I'm watching I capture the castle because I've done too much revision on genocide and conflict and ethnic cleansing and it's fucking beautiful. I fully intend on romanticising the shit out of life forever.
