Asia’s largest flycatcher species, these birds are found in Southeast Asia, from southern China to Indonesia. They feed on invertebrates, such as crickets, as well as berries and some small snakes. From February to July they build open or domed cup-shaped nests high above the ground from moss, plant fibers, and rootlets.
