I get moments like that. I have to admit though, I was having trouble trying to figure out which way your body was facing.

I can imagine, what with all you’ve accomplished! Haha!! Good, it’s a secret!! Kidding, but that means that I’m doing my job. I have to be able to position my body in ways that create images and shapes, but sometimes they’re not meant to be easy to pick up on. I don’t hold that position too terribly long.

Inviting strangers to a dive bar sounds like you’re planning a murder.

Maybe in New York City, but in Dublin it’s just a damn good night out. Are you afraid of a sticky floor and a punk fiddle band?

Luca & Jacob

If there was one think Luca didn’t like to miss it was a good New Years eve party. Learning about the party through social media he knew he had to attend, actually knowing who the host was was a plus. When he rocked up to the party he wasn’t sure what kind of night he was in for. Either way he hoped it was a fun one. Figuring he should at least greet the host he wandered around for a whole before Jake came into view. “Hey man, nice party you got set up here.” @luca-mikelson

Luca was one of the Cautherets more impressive acquaintances. He was smart and easy to talk to. Jacob still couldnt see why he had gotten married when he could have had the pick of anyone he wanted. Then again he had heard rumors that he and his wife still did. In Jacobs conservative mind he saw alot wrong with that. But that didnt stop him from thinking highly of Luca. If he had learned one thing in the past few years it was that every relationship was different and each person handled those differences in their own way. Few things would irritate Jake more than having to talk about his own lack of love life so he made sure to keep comments and questions to himself. Even something as simple as asking who Luca would be kissing at midnight. “Thank you. Im glad you came. Im sure the lattice is keeping your schedule extremely full. Did you come alone?” There it was. He could kick himself for falling into the hole of niceties.

“Daddy is just going to check the door, keep an eye on your brother.” Luca kissed his daughters head and got up from where the three of them were sat on the floor. He groaned a little a stretched his back as he headed over, not bothering to look out of the peephole before opening up. “Aurelie!” Luca exclaimed as he saw the smaller woman. 

“What are you doing here?” He asked as he leaned in for a hug. “Not that it isn’t lovely to see you. Come in.” He moved out of the way and allowed her to step through. “What have you got there?”

"I’m special deliverizing your Christmas grifts. Christian made them...supervised of course. I did the decorating. I made sure to give you extras since I know you have some little monsters that take extra munchies. Christian has actually reached that age where he knows his sweet face can make big eyes to get away with things.” Aurelie smiled as she looked up at Luca and held out the big tin box with its delicately wrapped bow. “I know you and Lilith are very busy. I’m just glad I caught you while you were home. Could I come say I to the kids too??

Two successful careers and a million ways to travel could leave Luca and Lilith in the rain, two ships in the night. She was determined to not let that be the case and made sure she came home every night unless she was with someone else. Paris Fashion Week had exhausted her because of this little promise to her self. In the full length formal gown and the taste of champagne still on her lips she climbed into bed next to Luca and ran her fingers through his damp hair, wishing she’d made it home early enough to find him in the shower and not asleep. A sleepy sound passed his lips and her heart raced with childlike excitement that she might weasel a few minutes conversation from him, “Hey, Blues, your favorite witch is home.”
