Unseen Larry Pics/NDA’s

There’s been quite a few unseen larry pictures from like 2011 and possible even up until now being released at random and I have an explanation as to why. Most people have also caught onto this reason, but I just want to explain it’s depth so it makes more sense and why it’s a reliable explanation.

I first want to explain what an NDA is. An NDA (non disclosure agreement) is basically an agreement or bribe between two parties. Let’s take Modest! Management for example: If I see Larry kissing and I take a picture of it, Modest! cannot do anything about it and I have every right to release that picture because I am apart of the general public. However, If Modest! were to approach me with $500 asking me to sell the rights to pictures to them, I could do that and I would no longer own the rights to the pictures thus I wouldn’t be able to release them anymore, that would be an NDA. But, if I do sell the rights to Modest! and still end up releasing the pictures, they could then sue me for much more money then they paid me.

However, an NDA doesn’t have a set expiration date like a normal contract would. Meaning an NDA can be broken at any time if BOTH parties decide to end the agreement. This means, Modest! Probably agreed to end the NDA’s with everyone who had the unseen pictures that are now being released because One Direction is no longer under their management, meaning nothing any of the boys do would be tied to their name. So why would they care if the Larry pics are finally being released? They wouldn’t. They have no reason to care, since it’s not their responsibility to keep it a secret anymore. So now all those people who signed NDA’s with Modest! Are being allowed to release these pictures, and they’re just going to keep coming.

now here’s the second part of the explanation.

why now? One Direction went on hiatus almost 3 years ago, so why would Modest! Finally be ending all these NDA’s now? Truth is, they probably ended them not too long after One Direction went on hiatus. But then those same people probably could have been approached by Louis and Harry and asked them not to release the photos quite yet because they had their whole coming out planned out and didn’t want to do it too early (which makes sense because people want to come out on their own time) possibly signing their own NDA’s. We’ve had lots of evidence supporting that Larry might be coming out this year. Louis and Harry publicly being in the same city for the first time in years, evidence of Louis being at Harry’s shows, Harry singing Still The One, Louis getting a new management etc. And now these unseen larry pics are being released at random? I’m sorry but that doesn’t seem like a coincidence.

Louis tweeted that he was going to have everything with his new management sorted within the next week and surprisingly enough Harry’s tour is ending in less than two weeks. The timeline adds up.

I think once Harry is done with his tour, Louis will have everything sorted out with his new management and will drop LT1. And when he does, he and Harry will both finally come out.

As Harry himself said, it’s 2018, people can be who they want to be, and there’s no doubt in my mind he and Louis are applying that to themselves as well.
