Foxbury Commons (Larry’s Lagoon)

After a couple of requests, I’ve decided to release the building as a downloadable tray. This Lot release includes a couple of optional & essential and yet trivial CC I’ve kept for my own that should add a little clutter and lighting to the commons. It’s worth noting that a few of the EPs aren’t necessary for the structure itself, so if you like the shell, go ahead and download it! (It may just require some refurnishing on your own :P)

Note: There are extra bits of optional CC that aren’t required but suggested which are sourced from numerous build and buy creators (as well as me) -- these are all listed in a .txt file included the archive containing the trays!

Installation: As a reminder and for those new to manual lot installation; unload the relevant tray files (excl. the text file with the mod list), to your Tray Folder located in your Sims 4 [My] Documents Directory.

So I suck at modern builds. I’m a cutesy cottage kind of gal - build what you know, and I see very few modern builds in the UK. However, I tried my hand at modern for Larry’s Lagoon.

I’m really happy with how it turned out. It has everything a modern campus would need, including a basement lab, recording studio area, study nooks and observatory. I’m spending loads of time on this lot with my current legacy heir :)

Lilith and Tetsuo work on their last term papers together.  They will be graduating from Foxbury soon.

Tetsuo feeds Cooper.

Then cools off on the porch with Hannah while waiting for his final grades.

Tetsuo is all ready to start the new term.  He isn’t going to let a little unexpected belly fat get in his way of getting his degree.

Tetsuo shows off his Buddha belly to Luna.

Luna says that isn’t fat.  It’s a baby.  What!?!

Since the children are using the one tv in the house to play video games, Luna sneaks out to see the countdown at the student union.

Hannah and Tetsuo leave their guests to find her in time for Tetsuo to give Luna a big new year’s kiss.  Hannah has no interest in her parents’ yucky kissing and stares out the window.

Before leaving the student union, Tetsuo tells Larry to have a happy new year.
