They meet at Harvard Law.

They're married on a rainy Saturday in August. 

She might not be Hillary just yet, but if he's entirely honest with himself, he's not Bill yet, either. Still-- the mayoral office is a damn good start.

Larsenberry

At first, he never looks at her twice on the morning subway in New York City. No matter how much of a hipster he is, he's never been a big David Foster Wallace kind of guy, where meaning is derived from the choices of our perception, and he can't help just how much the guy blaring his music out of his headphones with no regard whatsoever to those around him irritates the shit out of him. 

Then one morning, Rachel pulls a move so incredibly, stereotypically Rachel, that he can't help but watch her coffee spill all over her white blouse, completely drenching her outfit intended for work-- grinning like a fucking loon. 

Delivering wisecracks is his specialty, and even when she hits him, once, twice, three times, he doesn't have a single regret after that moment. 

If he wasn't such a smartass, he'd have never met the girl of his dreams. 

Lucky bastard that he is.

Larsenberry

When she falls in love with him, the last thing she had expected was for his parents to live out in the country. 

Then she thinks about it, and realizes that she doesn't really know what she had expected in the first place. Suddenly, the orchard and the white picket fence makes sense, and she falls a little more in love with him that day.

He seems like the kind of guy who would falter in the country, would suffer hardships greater than anyone else at the expense of the loss of his technology and his conveniences, but there he is the weekend that she finally meets his parents, up bright and early with sunscreen and a smile on his face.

Sometimes it seems like a damn miracle how he always manages to surprise her without fail. But then again-- she can't think of anything more appropriately Danny, either.

Louisberry

Stealing her from her family is a downright near impossible feat. In a way, as far as Louis is concerned, he has a responsibility to keep running. 

It's an accidental discovery, unintentional entirely, but before he realizes it, they're traveling all of Europe in their aim to keep her father from finding her.

(It's not that great of a concern; the House of Berry reluctantly surrendered their youngest daughter to her fate soon enough.) 

He can't help it-- not now that every spire and cathedral that they come upon in their travels looks infinitely more beautiful with her by is side. He's addicted, and for once, he has no regrets. 

Xandella

It's easier to forget that she's his-- kind of-- daughter when he's high. 

He's not Michael; doesn't go into heat as soon as he smokes-- instead, he falls asleep, peacefully and quickly. 

Ella has always been the only one to manage to keep him awake.

Where normally all his focus comes to fixate on sleep, with every touch from Ella's hand on his cock through his jeans, he can't stop thinking about her. Like the illicitness of one activity isn't enough, he needs to take her when he doesn't hate himself for loving her more than anyone else in the world. 

She'll always be his baby. It's just easier to let her decide in what capacity when he's like this, delirious from the mixture of the weed and her hands all over him, feverish and desperate-- easier to love her completely, the way he sometimes can't help but think he was always meant to.
