This is from what will be my late submission for Weyler Week Day 3 (keep an eye out for it late this month):
Wednesday detested the holiday season. The commercialism, the Christmas carols, the cheer, it was all too much.
Last Sentence
This is from my WIP for Weyler Week Day 7 (which I do actually hope to have done to post on Day 7 but that may be ambitious).
She silently pushed open the windowpane, eager to enter the room and force some acetaminophen down his throat, but before she even had a chance to climb through the gap, she was hit with a sound that stopped her cold, barely-beating heart: Tyler was crying.
