LATE-BREAKING FLASH REPORT: 'Ankama Animations' will soon wrap the upcoming 5th and Final Season of 'Wakfu', pre-production and crowdfunding are in the works [#K5NewsFMExclusive]

ROUBAIX, FRANCE -- French entertainment company 'Ankama Animations' recently announced that the long-awaited 5th season of 'Wakfu' will actually mark the end in France. It was reported last Wednesday night (December 18th, 2024 -- France local time) during the company's event of "Ankama Showtime" at the online video game broadcaster 'Twitch', the said animated series is finishing its run with a climactic 26-episode finale.

The decision to make a 5th Season is due to the fact that Season 4 has been so successful that most people thought it was going to be the last season and received astonished ratings, so people wanted an absolute proper ending for one more season. 'Wakfu' premiered at the end of October 2008, and has been a flagship of French animation ever since, chronicling the adventures of the Brotherhood of the Tofu. In this upcoming season, viewers will get to see the early stages of Yugo Sharm and Prncs. Amalia Sheran Sharm's marriage, along with the introduction of a new, enigmatic antagonist.

This development was further detailed in an online press briefing by 'XyaLe7111', Ankama's Transmedia Manager said in part: "Wakfu (Season 5) will be the last season. It is the conclusion of 16 years of animated adventures with the Brotherhood of the Tofu. [The last] 26 episodes will tell the story of the early days of Yugo Sharm and Amalia Sheran Sharm's marriage and introduce a new narrative arc and a new antagonist. Well, not really a new antagonist, but I won't reveal everything just yet!", she noted in French dialect.

As previously reported by DWFH-FM 97.7mhz's K5 News FM: Dumaguete during the Annecy Festival in mid-June 2024, Season 5 has been greenlit in collaboration with France Télévisions, alongside FranceTVSlash and France 4.

The involvement of the public broadcaster helps maintain a legacy that has significantly impacted animated storytelling in France. As previously noted, it was unexpectedly decided not to air the full 4th Season on France 4. Instead, the episodes will be released first on the 'Ankama Launcher', the Okoo app, and the France TV website, as they went beyond the intended demographic for national kids and teens TV.

Ankama will soon be funding all the production costs to the public broadcaster, and reaching to fans all over the globe, including the Philippines, by running a Kickstarter for February 2025. Pre-production will soon get underway as writing for the final new season has been initiated. As of yet, no official release date is announced, but based on the show's creator 'Anthony Roux', per the X Network tweeted post (formerly Twitter), Wakfu (Season 5) could premiere as early as 2027.

The focus of crowdfunding by Ankama mirrors the fact that the animation company strives to make a season for its Wakfunian fans, bringing this saga to a befitting end after 16 years of captivating people who were in part for its history the animated cartoon community.

DUMAGUETE, NEGROS ORIENTAL -- Just before the Good Morning Dumaguete with Noel “Mokong” Ramirez ends slightly from a local morning news programme... The shooting incident is now a single heart-breaking one this morning. It was located a few meters out of North City Elementary School (NCES) between Tarbush & Bread Camp-Piapi in E.J. Blanco EXIT cor. Hibbard Ave., Brgy. Piapi, Dumaguete, Negros Oriental at 7:30am (Manila local time).

A nationwide attention as a locally longest-blocktime programme from 95.1 DYSR-FM SR95 (in Camp Sea Site, Brgy. Banilad, Dumaguete) to 96.7 DYEM-FM Bai Radio (in E.J. Blanco Drive, Brgy. Piapi). While the former stations of 91.7 DYGB-FM Power91FM & 90.5 DYRL-FM Like Radio with the same Generoso himself... didn't make the cut in several years ago, due to either the financial issues or the decision from the former FM Station Managers. Some local sources & researchers told in person to OneNETnews... He's also a spokesman in a current local mayor Ipe Remollo in Dumaguete.

Radyo Patrol #2: Kimi Sparkle has also on the scene told exclusively to OneNETnews. The follow-up investigation is now super-ongoing according to the DCPS & NOPPO (Dumaguete City Police Station & Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office), as determined with a motive. The car has used with Generoso as Kimi Sparkle adds, it's a silver-white Hyundai Elantra with a plate number YKU-946.

Shots are fired directly from the Riding-in-Tandem like a motorcycle is on 7 empty bullets in a caliber .45 pistol. Similar to Edmund Sestoso (from 91.7 DYGB-FM Power91FM Dumaguete & Gabriel Alburo (known as Kumander Agila from 94.5 Like Radio Guihulngan), the difference was deadly odd but... it was either a single or double-armed and dangerous during the ride to k*ll a victim as politics. The names of these suspects remains unknown for now.

Station Manager & Veteran Presenter/Host of Crosstalk himself Ely Dejaresco has possibly forgotten to present the short editorial either the Thursday or Friday side about that incident, after the local news @ 7am with Choy R. Gallarde (Local News Presenter of Balita Karon on SkyCable Dumaguete on primetime).

Salvador Panelo himself, are weighing in for the final verdict to Generoso:

While Martin Andanar (former host of DWET-TV "Channel 5", now currently as PCOO) stated as final, "We will take the necessary action to ensure justice for Mr. Generoso’s family. As co-chair of the Presidential Task Force on Media Security (PTFoMS), we will extend the necessary legal assistance & other support needed by the Generoso family."

That night around a half-day later, we talked to the Bread Camp-Piapi urgently to OneNETnews for the reaction but... she doesn't know for a single comment a little however, it was sadly goes death on-the-spot the same morning.

Ely Dejaresco has apologized & condoned a longest-blocktime radio friend (Dindo Generoso) from that shooting incident. He'll be effectively removed a blocktime radio programme starting tomorrow morning, in replacing possibly with Crosstalk himself.

Man Swept Away at Sea During Beach Baptism

Search ends for a man after rescuers say he was swept to sea during a baptism ceremony on a Southern California Beach.

Benito Flores, 43, of Santa Maria was assisting his cousin, Pastor Maurigo Cervantes with a baptism when a huge wave swept him away.

The pastor said that he and the man being baptized were also swept away by the waves, but managed to make it back to shore.

Helicopters were up in the air and the Coast Guard sent out a vessel to assist with the search, but to no avail. 

According to Cervantes, the church performs ceremonies two or three times a year.
