A long night

That’s son-in-law Tony at JFK in NYC Thursday night and, under the sensory barrier of Caitlin’s coat, Bert, the cat in a pet carrier.

On their way to a new life in Los Angeles, Caitlin, Tony and Bert will stop in Michigan for a week-long celebration.

Their flight was supposed to land at Detroit Metro at around 10 p.m., but didn’t land until well after midnight.

Bert was tranquilized, but the rest of us were on our own.
