No motivation/energy , but with trying to maintain discipline.
(27/12/2022)
Hey guys. are you ok?
This last week has been draining my energy and I just don't feel like doing anything.
Studying UI/UX may seem easier than studying code, but I'm still on page -+ 56 of a 300 page book and I still have other + tutorials until I start making my own UI to code.
Why not abandon ui, you might think, right?
Because when it comes to the front-end, the satisfaction of learning it is 100% visual for me. And this year, making many mistakes in my programming studies, I enjoyed discovering the 20h skill quick acquisition technique (one day I will make a post) and I think that having my own UI will help me to be more willing and easier to break a project in tasks to do.
But I really don't have the bag to study right now.
And on the other hand, I hear a lot about going to rest that the new year is right around the corner, but the new year is just a new day.
Day 01/01 will be just another day in my life, not a milestone, you know? If I don't maintain discipline and consistency on my own, the new year won't give me that just because it's starting.
And my biggest goal in 2023 is to get a job in Tech, and that job won't happen without discipline, consistency and patience (rest too, I know)
So for these reasons I decided to start studying python just to maintain discipline in my studies.
Why yes, discipline is a difficult habit to acquire but easy to lose.
And since learning it is already part of my goals for 2023, I'll just go ahead, but it will be without pressure.
It's just to continue consistency, be productive and have fun.
As a Slytherin I really want to learn how to play the snake game uehehueuhe.
Let's see what I learn by the 01/01.
If you're out of energy like me and just want to study something so you don't lose the habit, I wish you luck and have fun.
But if you think differently, I wish you have a great rest and be well in your studies!
OBS: Let it be clear, I'M NOT ROMANTIZING NOT TO REST.
I rest, I sleep my 5/7h, I read my fanfics/comics for fun, I play with my dogs and all the rest.
I just don't want to lose a habit that was so hard to pick up for me this year.
And it will be much more for resting and having fun programming than for obligation in itself.
With that in mind,If you are reading this I wish a good day/night and drink water!
