hello, friends! if you are spending at least a small part of your summer (which in this case we will define as the period between june 2nd and september 30th) in Poland, this proposition is for you!
we are making an album that will compile photos of poland - the landscapes, the nature, the cities, the food, anything you can capture - taken in this period. i invite you all to share yours
using this form
there are a few rules:
you must be the author of the photo and the photo must be taken in poland this year between june 2nd and september 30th.
please do not submit photos of individual identifiable people. yes, even if it's your own selfie.
you can submit a few variations of the same photo (up to five) - using the same form. i will choose my favourite from among them.
you can tweak the colors, contrasts, light etc using editing software, but please refrain from submitting full photomanipulations or collages. i hope it goes without saying that ai generated stuff is banned.
i reserve the rights to change the dimensions of a photo to make it the same size as other photos in the album.
i would like all the photos in the album to be credited: you can use either your legal name or any pseudonym you wish in the form. you can also include a link to your social media or website. anddd you can also add some commentary for the photo - an associated memory, for example.
fill the form out in either polish or english - i will probably make the finished album bilingual so i will translate into the other language.
“What about Lamli?” The question came casually, apart of the conversation. But still the thought of it made your heart skip a beat, “what do you think of him?”
“I’d say…..” you thought long and hard, wanting to really convey your feelings, “I consider him my husband”
CRASH!
The sound of shattering glass pulled the attention of your small group of friends, the few you had managed to make in this world.
Lamli stood around the corner, a tray lay on the ground right below his hands. His face bright red, but eyes excited. You felt your face grow red, “oh L-Lamli! Are you okay? I hope you didn’t cut yourself—“
“Is it true?” His voice came out quickly, just as quickly as he crossed the short distance between the two of you. Your face was red as he all but threw himself at you, holding onto you tightly.
“I-I-“ you struggled to fine the words, trying to find anywhere to look but him, ultimately you failed, “…y-yeah…”
“Lamli! Get off Aruji-sama! You’re a butler—“
“Nuh uh! I’m Aruji-Sama’s Husband now!”
•He’s been WAITING
•Lamli is about to be on cloud nine for the foreseeable future.
•and brag about it for the foreseeable future
— Hanamaru
“Come on now, don’t be feisty,” a sleazy voice slurred in front of you. You took a step to the side to pass him and the strange man did the same, mirroring your actions.
“I uhh, really have to go!” You said frantically, feeling the tension of the situation building up. “Oh yeah? And where to? Spending some time with me couldn’t hurt.”
“Uhh… to see my husband!” You said, flashing the Ring on your finger, it wasn’t a wedding ring but the simple gold band was enough you hoped. “Oh? And where is this guy hmm?” The drunk man grew more bold, taking a step closer, “I promise you I’m a lot more fun.”
As discreetly as you could you looked around, hoping one of the butlers would make an appearance. And just to your luck you managed to spot one of the people you were looking for. You looked back at the man in front of you. Taking a deep breath you bolted from in front of him.
You weaved through people, and you could hear the hurried footsteps of the drunk man behind you. Getting closer and closer. You reached out, desperate and pleading, you grabbed onto Hanamaru’s side, tucking yourself under his arm, “t-this! This is my husband!”
Hanamaru only froze for a second before realizing what was going on. “Eh, who the hell are you?” His words came out hostile as he gazed at the drunken man who was now looking like a deer in headlights.
“I uh… no one! I’m no one!” He yelled before sprinting back the way he came.
You let out a breath of relief, finally relaxing, “ugh… that was scary, thanks Hanamaru!” You beamed looking up at the green haired man above you.
“Eh? Hanamaru? I’m your husband,” he teased, his arm that was wrapped around you tightening, pulling your closer. You blushed a little but looked up at him, “if Yuhan saw this he’d scold you!”
“He doesn’t get to dictate how I treat my spouse.”
“Hanamaru!”
“Haha you’re blushing so much—“
•of course he is gonna be a tease, and mess with you as much as he can
•but, he hopes this wasn’t a coincidence. He hopes that if others had been around you still would have chosen him
•yeah he’s not telling you that lmao
— Lato
“Husband?” Lato asked, settled next to you on the soft grass. The breeze ruffled his pink locs, you felt your breath hitch.
“Yeah, you become someone’s husband when…. I guess it came be different for each person,” you said, struggling to explain, “for me, to have someone become my husband it think it would mean… needing each other to breath, and loving that one person forever,” You voice got quieter the more you spoke, words hanging heavy in the air as you stole a glance at Lato.
His expressions was thoughtful, taking in every word and mulling it over, “that’s what ‘husband’ means to Aruji-Sama? Hmm I see.”
“Lato,” you called gently, face burning red. You finally turned to him, gently taking his hand in your own. “My husband,”. Your breath hitched and you squeezed your eyes shut, scared of your own words.
“Aruji-Sama…” Lato called, you didn’t open your eyes, but you felt Lato pull his hand from your own. Before you could let yourself get down about it you felt arms wrap around you, embracing you roughly, possessively. You finally peeled your eyes open, only to see Lato looking down at you with an expression you had only seen a handful of times before.
“Aruji-sama can’t leave now,” he said, the same expression on his face giving you chills, “because I need you to breath.”
•I don’t think you know what you got yourself into
•Lato already thought life would be too painful to live without you, and you just told him you feel the same basically.
