#FABNYC Event with @CliqueVodka for Russell Simmons @UncleRush ; Diamond Empowerment Foundation.

If you're ever looking for a night full of jewelry, cocktails, art, a photo booth, delicious food, manicures (NL NY) and live music for an awesome cause, all in one place during NYFW...look no further than, FAB FASHION WEEK (est. 2011). 

The F.A.B. acronym, meaning: Fashion, Art & Beauty, took place last Wednesday (February 13, 2013) at the chic showroom, Hudson + Broad. This years event brought out all the fashionista's, bloggers, and artists, but in general, the New Yorkers, who were seeking a fun, but fab way, to end this years brutally chilly, NYFW. 

We had a wonderful time and if you don't believe us, see for yourself below:

>>>MUSIC

Celeb DJ Twist kept the crowd alive with his mixes on the ones and twos, along with DRGS & our fav performance of the night by violinist, Sarah Charness. Her dance moves and bright pink electric violin wowed the audience that night, as seen below:

>>>FOOD + DRINKS

Drinks were provided by CLIQUE VODKA - a new vodka in a chic pink and black bottle. We recommend all the try, for, we had one of the three cocktails offered at the event, titled, "Hard To Get" which contained Clique Vodka & a hard energy drink. 

The delicious mini tacos was catered by, YERBA BUENA & mini cupcakes by Sweet & Flour!

             >> JEWELRY 

            The company Royal Asscher (est. 1920) adds a spin to their jewelry designs with the use of their diamonds, which are considered to be among the best in the world, such as this "snow-globe ring" - in which Nicole Porto recommended for me to try on at the event. I loved it. 

Royal Asscher Jewelry is worn by many celebs and public figures. They also specialize in wedding rings. 

The jewelry pictured to the left is Luz Ortiz Jewelry. 

>>ART

Beautiful canvas's surround the rear of the venue, as well as,  #FABNYC attendees had the option to get their self portrait drawn by the artist pictured below.
